Dedicated business professional with a General Business Management degree from the International Business School in Budapest and Oxford Brookes University. Over more than a decade of experience in international business environments, I have gradually evolved into a Business Architect role, focusing on designing and improving the systems that allow companies to operate efficiently and scale sustainably.

My professional journey began in operational and support roles, providing first-hand insight into how businesses function at the ground level. Over time, my responsibilities expanded toward project management, data analysis, and enterprise system development. Today, my work centers on analyzing business operations, identifying structural constraints, and designing solutions that align processes, technology, and decision-making frameworks.

Within an international company specializing in the wholesale distribution of consumer electronics and PV products, I have contributed to several business-wide transformation initiatives. Starting as a Sales Assistant, I progressed into roles involving project leadership, data analysis, and system development, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how strategy translates into operational execution.

A key area of my work has been the design and implementation of business systems. I have successfully led the relocation and restructuring of the company’s ERP environment, optimized several supporting platforms, and participated in the development and management of digital infrastructure including websites, CRM databases, and internal reporting systems. My role often involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

As a Business Architect, I focus on the broader structure of organizations: operating models, business processes, decision systems, and the data structures that support them. I am particularly interested in identifying operational bottlenecks, simplifying complex workflows, and building systems that enable faster and more reliable decision-making.

My expertise spans database management, analytics, process design, enterprise systems, and cross-functional project delivery. With a strong foundation in sales operations and business development, I approach problems from both operational and strategic perspectives.

I believe that well-designed systems outperform heroic effort. My work is therefore centered on creating structures that make organizations more predictable, scalable, and resilient.

Beyond my professional work, I maintain a strong interest in system design and structured thinking, which I occasionally explore through personal projects and writing.
